Mr. Duane (Landlord) is ok folks, he's ok. A serious bout of heat stroke got the better of him and now he's home and doing fine.

In other news... well, there is no other news- sorry about that. Oh no wait, I'm on my THIRD dysfunctional washer since having moved into our duplex. I think I'm cursed.
